Yes, I've bought cases that haven't fit properly... But needs must when you get a new phone and need a case quick smart... Which is exactly what I did here. Although I have dropped the phone a couple of times the case has really protected it. The build quality is excellent. The cover is stiff, thick and the stitching good even and strong. I can't think of any reason not to seriously consider this option when you are looking for case/cover. I am posting them because my A12 case is too new to comment on its durability, and the old case is almost identical. I would have used the old case until my old contract was due for upgrading in January 2022, but the A10 fell off the kitchen worktop, face down onto the hard tiled floor, with the flap of the case folded back behind the phone, so the glass front cracked which made me decide to upgrade early. There is no way the damage would have happened if the flap had been covering the phone's front with its magnetic clasp closed. Absolutely no way. When new, the case looks very smart, and it is very sturdy and effective even when old. The worn looking parts, showing the white material beneath the black dye could easily be improved with a bit of black marker or biro. When using the wide lens (one that zooms out more) the case creates a black line as it over hangs the camera area slightly. All other camera lens are fine but when you want a nice landscape view its ruined by this case. It is a bit stiff but I am sure it will get more flexible with use. Main drawback (hence not 5 stars) is that it not possible for us to use side mounted fingerprint scanner through the small opening in the case provided. Also while the plastic mount that grips the phone is a good fit, is not made of very flexible plastic (compared to other phone cases of similar design I have previously purchased) and looks as if it might crack and fail with age. So yeah, good quality, good fit and has lasted and looks like it will last a while yet - at least until it's phone change time once again... Job done really...

The case does not, however, have any use as a foldable stand. It just does not work so don't buy solely for this reason.
My 1st case kept my other phone pristine for 2 years so I would definitely recommend it. Great colours too.
